In reality, the Dutch workforce looks like a cappuccino - rich, brown tones at the bottom, white foam at the top. Diversity thrives in service jobs but disappears at the top of the corporate ladder. All due to cultural protection.
The real question is when does cultural protection become exclusion? When does national pride turn into structural discrimination?
